📦 Returns & Refund Policy (Custom & Made-to-Order Items)

🚫 No Returns or Refunds

All items sold through this store are made-to-order and/or customised specifically for each customer. Because of the personalised nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after purchase.

✨ Custom Orders

Each item is individually created based on the details provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (such as names, spelling, colours, sizes, and design choices) are entered correctly before completing the order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

📦 Damages During Transport & Shipping Responsibility

All orders are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

However, once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, it is in the care and responsibility of the shipping provider. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transportation.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

After review, we may assist in raising a claim with the courier. Any resolution (such as a replacement or store credit) is subject to the outcome of the courier investigation and is provided at our discretion.

⚠️ Processing & Production

As all items are made to order, please allow the stated production time before dispatch.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

❗ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier services or postal networks
  • Minor variations due to handmade or custom production processes
  • Damage reported after the 48-hour delivery window

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
