📦 SHIPPING POLICY (Pretty N Printed)

🛠️ Processing Times

All items are made-to-order and/or customised specifically for each customer.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days, however this may vary during busy periods.

Processing time refers to the time needed to create your order before it is dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Times (Estimated)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• 🇬🇧 UK: 2–5 working days
• 🌍 International: 5–14 working days (approx.)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, it is in the responsibility of the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays in transit
• Lost parcels
• Damaged parcels during shipping

However, we will always assist where possible in helping you resolve issues with the courier.

📦 Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging

We may assist in raising a claim with the courier. Any outcome is subject to the courier’s investigation.

📮 Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
